To make Satvik Lifestyle a habit, participants are asked to post everything they consume for four months.Each and every photo posted is taken on records. Corrections, if any, are suggested immediately. This practice takes place in whatsapp group from 05:00 AM to 09:00 PM.
Contemplation is food for Intelligence. The same is provide through daily 30 minutes meditation.
Discussions on the utility of Scripture to solve our day to day life cleanses our memory. Every Sunday (06:10 AM-07:10 AM), a talk on Bhagavad Gita is organised.
