Desh Yoga believes that the main cause of worldwide diseases like obesity or overweight is unbalanced diet, distorted routine and lack of physical labor or exercise. This course will help you fight obesity and recover from related issues. Proper scheduled classes and daily exercises will be taken by mentors.

Programme Details
After study, practice and research of scriptures for the last 6-7 years, we have developed a Lifestyle Regime (called as Satvik Lifestyle), following which many lifestyle diseases can be managed. Though the core of Satvik Lifestyle remains the same, there are some small customizations as per disease under consideration.

  • In the present Motapa Bharat Chhodo program, participants will follow Satvik Lifestyle customised as per Blood Sugar disease requirements.
  • To address the problem holistically, the programme is designed as a judicious mix of Food Habits, Physical Exercises & Yoga Asanas, Meditations and Spiritual Classes. The course can be attended in online mode.
  • This course has two versions namely 30 days Basic course and 120 days Advance course. Though a 30 day Basic Course will bring positive results, participants are advised to go for a 120 days Advance course so as to train your entire being in the Satvik Lifestyle!

Daily Live Yoga Classes (Vivek Kriya)

Named after Swami Vivekananda.It includes all possible movements of all joints of the body.Its one hour of practice, taught in 2 months.It is a set of physical activities consisting of warm exercises, loosening exercises, Yoga Asanas, Surya Namaskar, Body Detox Techniques etc.

Personalised Diet Plan (Satvik Lifestyle Practice)

Different people suffer from different problems. Satvik Lifestyle discussed in Master Class is generic in nature. The same is customised by Team. To make Satvik Lifestyle a habit, participants are asked to post everything they consume for four months.Each and every photo posted is taken on records. Corrections, if any, are suggested immediately. This practice takes place in whatsapp group from 05:00 AM to 09:00 PM.

Mental Cleansing (Patanjali Yoga Darshan)

To take care of mental health, food for thought is a must. The same is provided through daily 20 minutes class in the evening (08:00 PM-08:20 PM).

Intelligence Cleansing (Vivek Dhyana Class

Contemplation is food for Intelligence. The same is provide through daily 30 minutes meditation

Happiness without reasons is the goal of Life. How to experience happiness everywhere and everytime is taught in weekly AnandaYoga Meditation Class.

Memory Cleansing (Weekly Bhagwatgeeta Class)

Discussions on the utility of Scripture to solve our day to day life cleanses our memory. Every Sunday (06:10 AM-07:10 AM), a talk on Bhagwat Geeta is organised.
